KilnTrack is a web-based, multi device-friendly application designed specifically for glass and ceramic artists to manage their studio workflow, firing schedules, and project documentation.
Built by a working glass artist with a background in UX design, every detail was designed around the rhythm of studio work. Big touch targets. Minimal typing. Information organized the way artists think, not the way software engineers build databases.

I've been there - standing in front of a kiln full of glass pieces, trying to remember which firing schedule I used last time. Digging through notebooks and scattered post-it notes to find that perfect temperature ramp. Wondering if I ever wrote down that successful slumping schedule anywhere.
As both a working glass artist and a UX designer, I realized I was solving complex problems for everyone else but not for myself and my fellow kiln artists. Before launch, I invited 40 ceramic and glass artists to beta test KilnTrack over six weeks. Their feedback shaped everything from how firing schedules display to how the glass layer stack is organized. Features like glaze dot mapping and materials catalogs came directly from those conversations.
KilnTrack was designed for everyone who uses a kiln, whether you're fusing glass, firing ceramics, or both.

Is my data safe?
Your data belongs to you. You can export your projects, schedules, firing logs and more at any time as CSV or PDF files. We will never sell your data.
Does it connect directly to my kiln?
Not at this time. KilnTrack focuses on the planning, documentation, and management side of studio work. Build records that make every firing more intentional and reproducible.
Can I suggest new features?
